10 WWE Wrestlers Who Break The Corporate Mould

6. Otis

This former member of Heavy Machinery had the world at his feet during 2020, but sadly he has recently sunk into an irrelevant position on the card, and that's a massive shame. Still, to have even been granted the heights of success that WWE gave him is a perfect example of how Otis breaks the corporate mould.

Firstly, Otis has such a strange way of speaking and acting, and Nikola Bogojevic clearly revels in the characters absurdity. While WWE has had plenty of comedy characters over the decades, they usually are there for the sake of a joke. Still, Otis has actually had plenty of solid storylines and even a run with the Money in the Bank briefcase.

In addition, Otisalso contradicts the traditional WWE image of a Minnesota resident. While WWE isn't as opposed to Southern wrestlers as it used to be - as can be seen with AJ Styles - it's still rare to see someone from this area, with a thick accent, find a place within the company outside of the stereotypes of this region.

2021 hasn't been a good start for the big man, but fans can only hope things begin to go his way again, as his antithesis to the regular stars of the company makes him unique.
