10 WWE Wrestlers Who Could Thrive In AEW

8. The Revival

The Revival, bless 'em, have been trying to get back to basics all along and show their stock as the traditional tag-team WWE needs. They're akin to a second coming of Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard, which is bizarrely something that seems to work against them in the character-obsessed promotion.

Apparently, it's a better idea to lump Bobby Roode and Chad Gable together, or to push The B-Team briefly instead.

That must be super-frustrating to Dash and Dawson. They're a technically-sound, well-matched unit who can't buy progress in a company that blatantly views them as small, bland and better served making others look good. If they jumped to AEW, their workhorse tendencies and similarities to teams of NWA yesteryear would surely help them.

The insider joke Dawson wore on his trunks for this past Monday's Raw shows their renegade spirit too. Maybe, just maybe, The Revival would indeed be "Top Guys" if they traded WWE mediocrity for All Elite's bold new vision.
