Having formed an unlikely alliance with Alexa Bliss in recent weeks, it looks as though Nia Jax is finally being given the opportunity to inject a little more personality into her character, which until now had been a touch bland.

The main problem is (or was) that she has garnered an unfortunate reputation for being the very angry one who duly dominates her opponents in the pre-match build-up, and then never quite manages to live up to the tag of favourite when it really matters.

And after an early elimination from WrestleMania's four-way title match, we were beginning to wonder whether all that impotent range was ever going to push her beyond the status of perennial nearly-woman.

But the (apparent) change of approach could do her career the world of good - even if she could, in the short-term at least, wind up in Alexa's shadow.
