10 WWE Wrestlers Who Were Better In TNA
1. Bully Ray
Over the course of TNA’s history, Brother Ray’s transition into the Bully Ray character and becoming their World Heavyweight Champion may be one of the company’s greatest success stories.
Brother Ray first came to the company along with his storyline brother D-Von after being released from WWE. The first few years the company mainly relied on the two as one of the anchors of the tag division. The duo had their moments, but with an often thin tag division, and with over a decade of teaming together on TV, a shake up was needed. At the Team 3D retirement ceremony, Ray turned heel on Devon, and soon became Bully Ray.
It took a little while to get his footing as the character, but soon he was cutting the best heel promos around. He was an obnoxious loud mouth that you couldn't wait to see get beat up. After becoming one of the company's top stars, he eventually left, and later returned to WWE. If the company had seen his makeover in TNA, they could have used him as a main event opponent for John Cena and Roman Reigns.
Instead, he’s back together with D-Von. It’s fine, but he could have been a lot more useful with the kind of push that TNA gave him.
