10 WWE Wrestlers Who Will NEVER Win A World Title

1. Xavier Woods

In 2019, Kofi Kingston was part of a storyline known as Kofimania, which saw him capture the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35. Years later, Big E would win the Money in the Bank briefcase and cash it in to become WWE Champion in 2021. Then there's Xavier Woods, who won King of the Ring that same year. In the words of Sesame Street, one of these things is not like the other.

The New Day trio now consists of two former World Champions, and while many would love to see that rounded out to three, it's never going to happen. Big E and Kofi Kingston have been showered with singles pushes since they began at the company, but Woods has only thrived within the group. This isn't a bad thing at all; it just means he'll never experience glory as a solo act.

Woods is a fantastic performer and is the reason New Day even came into being. Yet, it's clear from a mile away that WWE values him more as a showman and a mouthpiece for the group than as a potential main event player.

At this point, the only way for Woods to get the strap is if Brock Lesnar insisted on it so he could complete the trifecta of dethroning each New Day member's World Title reign.
