Super Showdown 2020 was one of the worst shows that WWE have ever produced. So bad in fact that they were locked inside the Performance Centre for over a year afterwards to think about what they'd done.

Among the stinkers like Goldberg vs. The Fiend and Brock Lesnar vs. Ricochet was a battle royale for the Tuwaiq Mountain Trophy, a prize that was left in the arena and never seen again. And yes, it was won by a superstar who wasn't in the match.

The recently and very sadly released R-Truth fought in the gauntlet and fought through the field in various comedic ways until AJ Styles emerged as the penultimate entrant to eliminate Truth. The final entrant was supposed to be Rey Mysterio, but he was removed from the match via backstage beatdown by Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows. So rather than having Styles declared the winner, another superstar was brought out.

Enter Mean Mark Callous himself, The Undertaker; who sauntered to the ring, didn't even bother to remove his hat and coat (probably because after his last trip to Saudi Arabia he didn't want to stay too long), pinned the Phenomenal One after a weak chokeslam and left without the trophy. This would eventually lead to the Boneyard Match between the two, so there's a silver lining at least.
