10 WWE Wrestlers Whose Second Run Eclipsed Their First
5. Jinder Mahal
Jinder Mahal's initial WWE run, between the 2011 and 2014, is pretty much remembered for two things, the first of which being the fact that he feuded with The Great Khali over Santino Marella's snake hand puppet.
The second is that he formed - and then very quickly dissolved - a stable alongside fellow shipwrecked jobbers Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater. They called themselves 3MB, which is about as much memory space you'd need to store all of their highlights.
In round two, Jinder became the Modern Day Maharaja, capturing the WWE Championship from Randy Orton at Backlash last year in one of the biggest upsets in the history of the company. Even today, it still seems somehow unlikely when you watch it back.
This is an incredible turnaround in fortunes, and - while it may have not been to the taste of many of the fans - it should at least provide hope for any budding young wrestlers whose WWE dream ends in tatters the first time round.
You can get back there again (provided you have mega muscles).
