3. LAX Banish The OGz From The Concrete Jungle

The Latin American Xchange gang war has run rampant for much of 2018. Konnan's LAX duo of Santana and Ortiz had a breakout year, holding the Impact Tag titles since June, with the OGz coming together under their leader King earlier soon after.

The Concrete Jungle Death Match saw the ring stripped of its turnbuckle pads and mat, exposing the wood boards underneath. With King taking out Konnan earlier in the night, the two-on-three fight was an all-out war. The OGz started with a clear advantage, however, LAX fought back with a top-rope Superplex to Hernandez. Eventually, King seemed poised to end the match, but Konnan ran down to lay out all of the OGz with his slapjack. Ortiz and Santana followed up with their Street Sweeper tandem finisher to end the war.

Hernandez, Homicide, and King will now have to turn their attention elsewhere, or maybe their defeat will drive them off for good. Meanwhile, LAX will likely see new challengers for their titles rise up soon, though it's not yet clear exactly who.
