11 HUGE AEW Full Gear 2022 Predictions You Need To Know

8. Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal Vs. Sting & Darby Allin

MJF William Regal
AEW

What's not to love about this?

And for that matter, what's not to love about this?

Sting and Jeff Jarrett have been here plenty of times before, and whilst that's been a cause of concern for some, the reality is they're just about a perfect fit for the now-traditional Sting party match.

Basic stuff sure to be done brilliantly, Jarrett and partner Jay Lethal are fresh off doing the heavy lifting in Ric Flair's last match, and that was morbidly tremendous. This, by comparison, could look futuristic.

Satnam Singh no-selling Darby Allin's dive was incredible, but even that won't match the moment when Sting brushes off yet another guitar and plants 'The Last Outlaw' right in the face to set up Allin's Coffin Drop for the win. Full Gear, pending the last-minute addition of 36 matches on the weekend of the show, is looking like the delectable wrestling buffet the company always tried to provide. This is that one particular item you'd have ignored approaching the bain-marie, but couldn't stop talking about the next day.

Winners - Sting & Darby Allin
