11 HUGE AEW Full Gear 2022 Predictions You Need To Know

9. Luchasaurus Vs. "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry

MJF William Regal
AEW

This feud has been going on since Double Or Nothing 2021, and this match still isn't even the actual payoff.

The best case scenario in terms of delaying the redemption Jungle Boy will eventually get against Christian Cage, the steel cage stipulation will be preserved in its function even if the the rivalry doesn't really have the fire and fury it used to. A total lack of expectations may help too - that nobody is really even discussing this match is creative negligence, but this being the p*ss break match on paper might work wonders for the wrestlers on the night.

Of further note was when Christian insisted Perry's family be ringside for this. It'd be a great way to continue the story even when Luchasaurus loses if Cage took advantage of his rival being exhausted and locked inside the structure to verbally abuse them right in front of him.

Winner - "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry
