The two dated for real and WWE lampooned this by casting a series of vignettes that romantically linked their characters on-screen. The real life romance was before Cena was married. But then we were also told that his wife was with him from being a childhood sweetheart? Maybe they were on a break. Either that or John was having an affair. One person who was definitely cheating was Mickie. Her ex Ken Doane has aired all the dirty laundry, revealing that she broke down crying to say she'd been cheating on him with Cena. Controversially, Cena then dropped Mickie. Doane has said that Mickie was moved to Smackdown because she then couldn't let it go with Cena.
