11 Most Brutal Acts Of Revenge In MMA History

2. Hendo Lands A Sweet Shot Of Revenge

For Dan Henderson, his sweet, sweet revenge was landing one of the greatest shots in UFC history to claim a KO victory over his trash-talking rival, Michael Bisping. But not just your standard KO win, this was one of those rare shots that leaves an opponent in a twitching, cold-cocked heap on the mat.

Going one further to prove his point, Hendo even landed a shot for good measure on the downed Bisping – a shot that the American admitted was simply done to shut Bisping up after his opponent had constantly poked the proverbial bear in the build to that UFC 100 contest.

For Henderson, this was revenge for all of insults and verbal shots Bisping had spent weeks firing his way.

Of course, The Count would eventually avenge this loss a little down the line when Bisping successfully retained his UFC Middleweight Championship against Hendo at UFC 204. That contest ended in a unanimous decision victory for Bisping in what proved to be the final fight of Henderson's legendary career.
