11 Most Disappointing Things About WrestleMania 33

1. Bray Wyatt Loses At 'Mania...Again

Everything else on this list can be considered somewhat nitpicky, but I’m borderline apoplectic about Randy Orton defeating Bray Wyatt. Wyatt winning the title felt like WWE was finally ready to get behind one of their most gifted all-around performers, and now was his time to shine.

If there’s anything I could live the rest of my life without seeing it’s Orton winning a World championship. When you factor in that it happened at 'Mania against a guy who desperately needed a win, it was made all that much worse. The theory that Orton’s victory was his reward for having his skull opened up at SummerSlam would explain the baffling decision to have him win.

Now the talented former World champion (that makes me angry to even type) has a WrestleMania streak of his own: he has yet to win a match. Since being called up he’s lost to John Cena, The Undertaker, missed last year due to injury and has now fallen to “The Viper”.

It’s disheartening to see someone with so much potential pour all of themselves into their truly unique character and be cast aside in favor of the safe option. For all the other disappointing moments WrestleMania 33 offered, this one was truly the worst.

What did you deem to be the most disappointing things about WrestleMania 33? Sound off in the comments.
