7. Early Eliminations In The Tag Team Match

In many ways, the 20-man tag team elimination match was the match of the night. The men involved crammed a huge amount into the 20 minutes they had, yet at no time did it seem as though eliminations were being rushed for the sake of thinning out the crowd.

That might seem like a strange thing to say in a match that saw two eliminations in the first 90 seconds, but both eliminations made sense. Breezango are fantastic, but like it or not they are stuck on comedy duty for the near future. Sticking them in the one and done slot made sense, and also made for some great Tyler Breeze drama on the outside.

More shocking was the immediate elimination of The New Day, as Jey Uso annihilated Kofi Kingston with a superkick. It was a genuine surprise, but one that keeps things interesting in the tag team world and shows extreme vulnerability on the part of the champions. It's inevitable that Demolition's record is going to fall, but they can most definitely be beaten.

All it takes is Tyler Breeze dramatically keeping Xavier Woods pre-occupied on the outside.
