11 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (Nov 13)
8. Backstage Assaults
Long before members of Teams Ripley and Baszler went to war in the main event of the evening, hostilities had already broken out backstage at Full Sail.
Cameras rushed to the scene as Tegan Nox and Rhea Ripley were left laying by a mystery assailant. With concerns around the loyalty of Dakota Kai hanging in the air, NXT teased it out further with a second vignette highlighting a host of broken bodies including the Baszler's MMA Horsewomen and, curiously Candice LeRae.
The plot thickened, but the pop-tastic payoffs later in the night made good on both mysterious moments.
