If 2020 proved anything, it's that Impact Wrestling is always Bound For Glory.

Bound For Glory 2020 had a lot to live up to. Not only did it need to stand out in a week that also had Chris Jericho and MJF's controversial Le Dinner Debonair, but it also needed to follow in the footsteps of July's extraordinary Slammiversary pay-per-view.

Considering what went down from start to finish, it excelled. It wasn't quite as good as the summer event, which was expected given how well-received that night was. However, it still met expectations. There were a few minor negatives that we'll get to in due course, but nothing that massively took away from the show.

Four marquee championship contests, a number of returns (whether or not they're all full-time remains to be seen), a huge announcement that had been a long time coming, and even appearances from Bret Hart, Mick Foley, and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson all added together to make Bound For Glory another noteworthy night in the Impact Wrestling history books. The stories being told coming into the weekend's show were intense, so the fact that the majority of them were executed to perfection when push came to shove is noteworthy in itself.

It's been a strange year, but Impact Wrestling keep on exceeding. Let's get to it...
