Adam Rose, Byron Saxton, Cameron, Darren Young, David Otunga, Diego, Fernando, Fandango, Heath Slater, Layla, R Truth, Rosa Mendes, Tamina Snuka, Titus O'Neil, Xavier Woods and Zack Ryder... they are all dead weight on the WWE roster. It isn't just that they are jobbers, it is the fact that they are long term jobbers. If you condition an audience for more than a year that someone is a loser, then perceptions eventually stick. The WWE is carrying way too much deadwood right now and the fact is that the money is being wasted. The annual "future endeavours" usually keeps this spending trim and those releases will probably take place in the period just after WrestleMania.
