12 Bizarre Pieces Of Trivia About WWE Action Figures
2. Dennis Rodman Got His Own Figures From WCW
For a time, "The Worm" Dennis Rodman was involved in WCW storylines as a part of the New World Order. For his part, Toy Biz produced no less than two different Dennis Rodman action figures as a part of their WCW line. Unfortunately for them, their figures came out months after Rodman had competed in his last WCW contest, when one has to imagine interest in him at a wrestler was at an all-time low. The "Power Slam" Rodman figure came with his typically loud attire, including a pink pimp hat, as well as a basketball hoop to hit other figures with. He also came decorated with some rather accurate tattoos and piercings, and even had two different hair color variations: Some figures had red hair, others had green. Rodman's other figure came in a "special edition" two-pack with his partner, "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan, and was basically just dressed in nWo colors. On the bright side, at least collectors don't need to worry about having to add a Jay Leno figure to their collection... that is, unless there's a Conan O'Brien figure we don't know about. In that case, Leno's absence is kind of a letdown.
