Cesaro is the longest-tenured WWE superstar on this list, and he's also the longest-overdue for a World title victory. He's been the constant victim of start-and-stop pushes and front-office indecision, but through it all he's remained monstrously over thanks to his absolutely uncanny physical ability. Simply put, as long as you keep putting him in the ring, Cesaro's going to excel.
