The whole purpose of Nothing To Report is to comedically portray the downtime of the buddy cop genre. In the episode "Shooters," Chance exits a crack house after he bravely enters by himself and takes out what he thinks are all of the bad guys.
Moses asks Chance how things went on the inside and he answers, "They ran out of punch, so I gave them some shots." He cheesily held up his fist and gun to accent the key words in that statement.
Moses tries to confirm that he did take out all of the baddies and he says, "No, but Theresa II did." He apparently named his gun to be the successor of his ex-wife.
He tries to offer up some more one-liners but gets cut off as Moses learns that his work was slightly sloppy after all.
