12 HUGE WWE Money In The Bank 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

6. Kofi Kingston Vs. Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens will go to war over the WWE Championship for the second time this year on Sunday, yet despite assuming this role for every pay-per-view he's been a part of in 2019, his entire return so far has reeked of bad luck.

He allegedly lost a WrestleMania match with Daniel Bryan when the company elected to steer into KofiMania, instead being forced to make do with a triple threat against the Champion and fellow Challenger Ali. He lost. Saved the indignity of the Andre The Giant Battle Royal, he was at least spared any 'Show Of Shows' embarrassment but this obviously came as result of some truly rotten luck.

Placed with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods for just two weeks before turning on The New Day, Owens set this up with his assault because the company required a heel, not because it was his time to turn. It's also surely far too soon to rip the richest prize away from the pink-gloved grip of The New Day - Big E hasn't yet returned from injury whilst Woods is almost as good a cheerleader as Kofi is a Champion.

Bad timing, yet again, has proven the knockout blow for 'KO'.

Winner - Kevin Owens (No Title Change)
