12 MMA Fighters Who Could Save WWE

10. Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson

The former UFC light heavyweight champion has, on paper, got it all. He€™s an inch over six foot tall, and has competed as a heavyweight before, although at the beginning of his career. He€™s 35-11 in MMA but, at 36 years old has probably left the best years of his career in the Octagon: more importantly for WWE€™s purposes, the man has personality out the wazoo, being one of MMA€™s funniest and most charismatic interviews. That€™s not always necessarily a good thing. Jackson has made his fair share of enemies over the years by running his mouth at the wrong time about the wrong people. However, he€™s got previous form with professional wrestling, having worked for TNA in the past and co-hosted Monday Night RAW with his fellow A-Team cast members. That€™s right: Quinton Jackson is the guy who played Bosco €˜B.A.€™ Baracus in the 2010 remake of The A-Team, and both before and after that film has parlayed his size, intensity, good looks and charisma into a career in film and television going back to 2001. You know how much Vince McMahon loves multimedia celebrities. Now imagine he could sign a decorated UFC champion with a Hollywood pedigree who can both talk and, potentially, work. €˜Page won€™t go back to TNA €“ their operation didn€™t impress him in the slightest. WWE€™s world class production values and centre stage are likely to prove more of an attraction, however. Should Jackson prove to have potential in the ring, the sky€™s the limit. WWE run their own movie studio, after all.
