12 Most Embarrassing Wrestler Debuts In WWE History
6. Fake Razor Ramon, Fake Diesel
Hey, here's a winning idea. Let's take the shells of former WWE characters Razor Ramon and Diesel, whose real-life embodiments Scott Hall and Kevin Nash have just abandoned to jump ship to WCW, and stick a couple of random dudes in their costumes. Then let's hype the return of two of WWE's most beloved characters so that audience expectations will be through the roof. Then let's debut the purposely terrible fake versions like it's no big thing. Also, they'll be chubbier and not nearly as good on the microphone. That'll play. Used simply as a way to turn Jim Ross into a heel for reasons that even the heads of WWE's creative team probably didn't understand, Fake Diesel and Fake Razor were caricatures of two men who were already pretty over-the-top. You don't have to listen very closely at all to hear the crowd in attendance quickly turn their confused cheers into despondent boos.
