11. Roman Reigns Is Being Pushed Down People's Throats
Now, it's fairly common to hear people complain that Roman Reigns is being shoved into their faces with reckless abandon. Admittedly, WWE's booking squad have changed the character quite a bit since disbanding The Shield, but that doesn't excuse fans from changing their minds pronto on the man. As a member of The Shield, Reigns was decreed 'cool' and a future headliner. Fast forward to today, and a lot of folks feel the big man is struggling in a lead babyface role. There is some merit to the argument that WWE's booking of the guy sucks, but there's also truth to the point that fans have grown bored of him without any real reason. This is a classic case of only wanting something people can't have, which is evidenced by the past 2 Royal Rumble matches. In 2014, Reigns was still a heel member of The Shield. Going down to the final pairing with Batista, Roman was eventually tossed over the top rope by his older peer. Fans were livid, reasoning that Reigns should have been picked over the veteran. In 2015, Roman found himself on the opposite side of the coin. Winning the bout, he was subjected to jeers from the crowd. That's baffling, because a push is what people asked for with their support.
