12 Things You Didn't Know About Sting
11. He's Popped Up In A Ton Of Projects Outside Of Wrestling

That's right, this legend has actually made a bit of a Stinger splash outside of the wrestling bubble, too, you know?
Along with also appearing in the wrestling mess that was Ready to Rumble in 2000, Steve Borden popped up in movies like Shutterspeed (2000) and The Encounter (2011), with TV appearances in the likes of Walker, Texas Ranger and Thunder in Paradise showing up on his acting CV, too.
He was also present during the music video for Lȧȧz Rockit's 'Fire in the Hole' tune back in 1989.
Then there was that bizarre time when 'Stinger' kicked a kid's ass for money. Or at least pretended to in an utterly surreal 1999 Sprite commercial, one which involved the WCW superstar from the "Dream Come True Fantasy Foundation" granting a child's wish to throw down with Sting - all while his overjoyed parents filmed the ensuing chaos.
What a magical time.
