12 Times Brock Lesnar Lost Clean

6. Vs. Kurt Angle - Toukon Bom-Ba-Ye

Brock Lesnar's NFL career didn't turn out exactly as he'd hoped, leading to a return to wrestling. When he and WWE couldn't come to terms on a comeback, though, he headed to New Japan Pro Wrestling to compete for the world's second-largest grappling organization.

Lesnar's very first match with New Japan saw him defeat Kaz Fujita to capture the IWGP Heavyweight Title. He would defend the belt successfully three times, but a dispute over money issues led "The Beast" to leave the company. Though he was officially stripped of the title, Lesnar still had possession of the physical belt. Rival promotion IGF brought Lesnar in to defend the title against old foe Kurt Angle.

At Toukon Bom-Ba-Ye in June of 2007, Angle and Lesnar clashed for the final time (thus far, at least). In a repeat of their SummerSlam 2003 bout, Angle made Lesnar submit to the Ankle Lock, winning what would come to be known as the IWGP "Third Belt" Championship, briefly recognized as the IGF's primary title.
