While Vince McMahon has been always quick to forget, 2019 has been extreme - even by his standards.

Countless storylines, angles, and characters have been promoted heavily or revamped one week only for the Chairman to lose interest within days of conceiving the idea. Take Robert Roode. At one point, it looked like 'The Glorious One' was set for a major reinvention with his Rick Rude-esque moustache and refined heel character, but Vince gave up on him a week later. Similarly, Mojo Rawley's stop-start repackaging has bounced around all year, with Rob Gronkowski's bestie going missing from Raw for months at a time.

These examples are just two of many. At this point, McMahon isn't even giving these guys a chance to get over anymore. They're put in the spotlight one moment then turn out of it the next, so what hope do the likes of EC3, Buddy Murphy, and anyone else who can't get on Raw or SmackDown have?
