12 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Mar 11)

Dynamite's entire closing run of action was effective, from Dustin Rhodes revealing himself as Hangman Page's mystery partner via fiery promo, all the way through to The Inner Circle standing tall after bettering the babyfaces once again.

Page wasn't too pleased about Dustin throwing himself into the match, but prepared by curling beer kegs regardless. This guy rules. The match itself hit the right notes, with Jericho grabbing a beer and mocking Hangman on the outside, Sammy being a total piece of trash as he squatted Dustin, and Page/Rhodes coexisting despite the tension. In the end, it paid off. Big Dust hit his Destroyer on Sammy Guevara before Page came in with the Buckshot Lariat for the W, though, really, they lost the night.

A textbook AEW beatdown featuring multiple run-ins and escalating pops brought Matt Jackson, Cody, and Kenny Omega out from the back. Jackson and Page getting in each others faces on the ramp proved fateful. Jericho wiped both men out with chairshots, scored their downfall, and his boys stood tall.

So far, so great, as far as the Blood and Guts build goes. Can The Elite pull it back together before 25 March?
