Another week, another strong Shane McMahon heel segment.

The former SmackDown Commissioner declared it "Shane McMahon Appreciation" night, and much gloating followed, with Elias and Drew McIntyre accompanying 'The Best In The World' to the ring. Greg Hamilton gave him an elaborate ring entrance before Shane took the stick, enhancing his status as one of WWE's most hateful personalities by claiming that he was a humble man here to help run a family business and put smiles on faces, leading to an over-the-top video package.

It was as well-produced as we've come to expect from WWE's video team, and McMahon dropped the biggest heel line of the night afterwards: "our production team is amazing, under the auspices of the extremely talented Kevin Dunn. Wasn't that amazing? No reason to boo Kevin Dunn."

P*ss off, man.

The segment broke down as Elias attempted to sing a special song with his boss, with Drake Maverick chasing R-Truth to the ring. He retained against Maverick, but Truth was soon downed by Elias' Drift Aware and McIntyre's Claymore, thus capturing the green-and-gold belt, before Shane suspended the 24/7 rule for his goon's benefit.
