If it wasnt official before, it should be now: The League of Nations is the dumbest heel faction in WWE in some time. Assembled to help protect Sheamus WWE World Heavyweight Championship (and later Alberto Del Rios United States title), the group has failed miserably at both tasks, with Sheamus and Del Rio both without titles. The group grabbed Roman Reigns during the Rumble and pulled him out under the bottom rope and assaulted him, beating him to a pulp before Rusev ran across two announce tables and splashed Reigns through a third table. The trio and Mr. McMahon celebrated their thrashing of the champion and then left ringside. What the hell?!? So the goal is to eliminate Roman from the Rumble match, and they dont even do the one thing that theyre supposed to do eliminate Reigns from the Rumble by tossing him over the top rope.
