12 WrestleMania 35 Match Predictions Following WWE Fastlane 2019

5. Triple H Vs. Batista

Dave Batista's shocking assault of Ric Flair provided his presumed WrestleMania programme with Triple H with the most unlikely of beginnings after tacit teases of some testiness last summer during a SmackDown 1000 Evolution reunion.

Typically, a 20-minute Triple H rebuttal wasn't the white hot follow-up, but a series of back-and-forths between the pair on the Road To WrestleMania will easily fill in every available gap before the match itself. 'The Game' making a mistake at this early stage was unnerving - never has a match needed to be something very specific, yet featured somebody notoriously bad at delivering the right result.

It matters not who pins who, but the content in between the bells must be fast and furious rather than turgid and technical. WrestleMania 21 might have made a small fortune on pay-per-view in 2005, but if the pair wrestle something even remotely close to that year's headline attraction they'll lose just as much in Network viewer minutes when subscribers switch off.

Kept simple, this will be the biggest blockbuster Batista's been in since Guardians Of The Galaxy.
