Russo wasn't the only Vince suffering the backstage wrath of The Undertaker in the nineties. In a sign of just how powerful Taker is in the locker room, he actually had heat with Vince McMahon over Bret Hart's Montreal Screwjob. In the immediacy of McMahon screwing Hart, reports from those who were there said Taker reacted furiously. He stormed to the Chairman's office and "pounded" on the door. He then told Vince in "no uncertain terms" that he had to apologise to Hart. Can you imagine that? Being an employee with enough power to pound on the door of the boss and tell him how to conduct business? McMahon listened to Undertaker, but it caused a sense of aggravation for a good while afterwards. It wasn't until months later that tension was fully resolved.
