12 Wrestlers Who Will Eventually End Up In All Elite Wrestling
5. Tenille Dashwood
Tenille Dashwood's release from WWE in October 2017 was disappointing, but not surprising. Fans had been well aware of what she could do in the ring dating back to her time in NXT years earlier, but the company never seemed that interested in giving her an equally meaningful role on the main roster.
It was apparent she'd never be utilized to her full potential while there, so her WWE departure was a blessing in disguise. In March 2018, she joined Ring Of Honor's women's division and was treated like a big star from the get-go. However, she soon lost steam after falling short in the tournament to crown the first-ever WOH World champion and was a just body on the roster by the fall.
Having to take time off for close to six months to heal a shoulder injury didn't help her cause any, and once she was healthy enough to return to the ring, it was too late for ROH to start using her properly. She had already made up her mind that she wanted to leave and explore other endeavors.
She has been weighing her options for a few months now, but All Elite Wrestling would be foolish to not to bring her in. Dashwood did commentary for the aforementioned four-way women's match at All In and shined. Next time she appears at an event of theirs, it needs to be in the ring.
