6. Heels Are More Over Than Babyfaces

In the modern pro wrestling world, effective heels are considered 'cool' by the audience. It's become more and more apparent as time has progressed that people watching appreciate someone who is good at being bad. Therefore, a situation now exists where villains are lauded more than those traditionally favoured by fans. This is obvious when examining the current angle between Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt. Wyatt is the heel, looking to torment his babyface counterpart. Reigns is supposed to be the heroic good guy, one fans can rely on the vanquish this menacing threat. That's not how it's received by the fan base however, Reigns is less popular at large than Bray. This is because Wyatt is infinitely more entertaining on the microphone, and alluring as a character in general, than Roman. Casual fans still maintain that there's nothing WWE can do to remedy this scenario. In reality, there is. Stronger writing is definitely needed, because there's no real reason being dished out for why people should get behind Roman Reigns. Bray Wyatt rarely does anything especially vicious, he doesn't stand out from babyfaces.
