12 WWE Matches We Must See In The Next 12 Months

Charlotte and Nia Jax have never crossed paths. The former NXT (and current WWE) Women's Champion left the developmental brand last July, while Jax didn't debut until October. Still, they both know what it's like to be a cornerstone of NXT's women's division, as Jax has helped fill the void left by the exodus of talent that was the Divas' Revolution.

With that in mind, it's hard not to wonder exactly what it would be like if Nia Jax and Charlotte did face off - and given that the brand split is expected to bring up lots of talent from NXT, we may get the answer sooner rather than later.

One of the women would likely have to turn face to make the match work, but that's fine. It's easily to imagine Charlotte valiantly fighting against an overpowering Jax, or playing a chicken heel while Jax is bent on vengeance. Either dynamic would likely work with the two talented women, and the result would be a fantastic match with a great story.
