12 WWE Matches We Must See In The Next 12 Months
7. The Club Vs. American Alpha
American Alpha may very well be the best-kept secret in WWE. NXT fans know just how great the tandem is, but those who only watch WWE programming are about to be very pleasantly surprised when Chad Gable and Jason Jordan get called up, which should be soon. Both men are future world champions who just so happen to be forming the one of the world's best tag teams.
They're also natural babyfaces, which would help them slide easily into a feud with The Club. Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows are natural bullies, and whether it's New Japan or WWE, they're not shy about getting in opponent's faces while simultaneously taking shortcuts. That aggressive style and bad attitude would allow them to realistically stand across the ring from the more-athletic American Alpha.
The Club haven't gotten much of a chance to show it in WWE yet, but they can also go in high-pressure tag-team situations. Dealing with the wrestling prowess of Gable and Jordan (and the suplexes of Jordan, in particular) would qualify as high-pressure, for sure.
