12 WWE PPV Buys In 2015 Ranked (And What They Mean)

6. Night Of Champions - 77,000 Buys

The September pay per view is up 20,000 buys from the spring period, doing 77,000 buys off the back of an excellent SummerSlam and with Seth Rollins defending the WWE Championship against Sting in the main event. The other intriguing factor, was that Seth wrestled twice, meaning fans got even more value for money. His other opponent was John Cena, who is always a draw for the mainstream. It was those two Rollins matches that made the difference in buys, especially the Sting bout. The match itself was underwhelming, but clearly Sting was a draw for WWE here.
