12 WWE PPVs With TWO Unsatisfactory World Title Matches
5. Survivor Series 2010 (Randy Orton Vs. Wade Barrett; Kane Vs. Edge)
Believe it or not, Survivor Series was the pay-per-view that came immediately AFTER the aforementioned Bragging Rights!
Orton and Barrett went at it again over the WWE Championship, this time with Cena as the referee and the added stipulations that if Barrett didn't walk away with the gold, Cena would be fired. On the other hand, Cena would be free from The Nexus if Barrett won the title.
The match was better this time around (though that's not saying much at all), and ended with Cena shoving Barrett into the RKO to cost himself his own job. Well, for the couple of weeks it lasted!
Elsewhere, over on the blue brand, Kane moved on from the Undertaker feud to a strange rivalry with Edge. The Canadian, despite being the babyface, bullied Paul Bearer's father, who was in a wheelchair, during the build to this pay-per-view
To say it created a weird dynamic would be putting it mildly, with Kane somehow finding himself as the BAD GUY in this whole thing! At least they delivered once the bell rang, right? Well...
The match was mostly Kane "interrogating" Edge about his actions while in chinlocks, and ended with Edge pinning both Kane and himself after a Spear for the really f*cking lame double pinfall draw finish. Good lord.
