12 WWE Royal Rumble Statistics You Need To Know

7. Women Set Their Marks

Royal Rumble Facts
WWE

Last year was the first women’s Royal Rumble, which meant that in addition to the event itself making history, the participants would write the first chapter of its history book.

Sasha Banks set the longevity record, lasting 54:46, while Vickie Guerrero was tossed in 57 seconds, a record that surely can be broken easily.

Michelle McCool, of all people, tossed five women last year to set the record for eliminations, while Nia Jax and Nikki Bella each tossed four.

Look for records to be broken and expanded on as the years progress.
