12 WWE Superstars Who Weren’t Drafted (And Why)

5. Big E

It's depressing to think that former WWE Champion and world-renowned hip-swiveller Big E might never return as a full-timer. He suffered a grim neck break in March 2022, and has only really been spotted on peripheral WWE programming ever since.

E's future is still very-much anyone's guest post-neck surgery.

This is a delicate matter for wrestler and promotion. It's vitally important that E's health comes first before anything else, but part of him must've wished he could've been featured alongside his New Day brethren Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston in the 2023 Draft; those lads went from SmackDown to Raw during it.

E isn't considered active on the roster at the moment, so he was excluded from Draft shenanigans. That could be smart, because inclusion would've only got fan hopes up that ol' Big E Langston was on the comeback trail sooner rather than later. That, unfortunately, doesn't look likely to be the case.
