12 WWE Superstars Without Direction Following WrestleMania 33

9. Enzo And Big Cass

It was quite the thrill re-watching Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady debut on Monday Night Raw thanks to the recent WWE Network '24' special chronicling 2016's post-WrestleMania edition of the broadcast.

Unquestionably the hottest act on NXT for the better part of a year, the duo were teflon to the endless defeats and failure to win the tag team titles in the developmental brand thanks to the irresistible relationship with the crowd they'd fostered with their pre-match spiel and innate shared charisma.

Their annum on the main roster hasn't been at all a failure, but familiarity has bred as much contempt as some of the atrocious material the duo have gamely worked to get over.

As the division's top babyfaces by a mile right before WrestleMania, the 'Show of Shows' appeared the perfect time to see them finally score a title victory, but the unexpected re-emergence of the Hardy Boyz threw any previous plans off the table.

That was understandable, but more worrying has been audiences gravitating towards Sheamus (of all people) and Cesaro out of sheer exasperation with the comically aggravating Enzo.

Before their inevitably sad split, it would be exciting to see at least one tag team title run for the New Jersey pair.
