13 Classic Matches That Should Have Happened At WrestleMania

10. Brock Lesnar vs. Daniel Bryan €“ WWE World Heavyweight Championship €“ WrestleMania 31

The fact that this match isn€™t happening this Sunday has a lot of wrestling fans perturbed. When Daniel Bryan returned from what many thought was a career-ending neck injury, the WWE Universe clamored for him to rise to the WrestleMania main event for a second time. Fans were so caught up in the Yes Movement 2.0 that they were left speechless when Bryan was unceremoniously eliminated from the 2015 Royal Rumble. The tease continued at Fastlane when Bryan was granted an opportunity to win Roman Reigns€™ WrestleMania spot in a one-on-one match. Again, Bryan came up short. Now he is in the Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match this Sunday instead of challenging Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Bryan vs. Brock could have been an epic underdog story, with Bryan overcoming the odds again. Some believe that Daniel Bryan beating Brock Lesnar seems impossible, but they also said the same thing about him having to beat Evolution over the course of two matches in the same night. What a comeback story it could have been.
