10. The Number Of Chamber Matches

Since the first Chamber back in 2002, there has been seventeen Elimination Chamber matches, the most recent one in February 2014. Following on from the forthcoming Chamber special, it will be nineteen Chamber matches, with two scheduled for this weekend. The stipulation initially started off as one match per a show booking, but it eventually became two Chamber matches per a show when becoming exclusive to the No Way Out special in 2008. That special was then re-branded 'Elimination Chamber' in 2010. That took the shine off the gimmick a little, as two Chamber matches per a card was overbearing for such a heavy gimmick. It diluted the specialness to see it used back to back.
