As soon as WWE made this match about six months too soon, they left themselves with no real choice but to go all the way through with it. Theoretically.

Obviously it's not beyond the realms of possibility that they'll normalise Rousey by having her lose through sheer stupidity like the rest of their Mensa non-bothering bayfaces - see Asuka - but the benefits of enmeshing the Baddest Woman on the Planet into the roster far outweigh the drawbacks.

Again though: see Asuka.

Curiously, WWE revealed last night, somewhat ahead of schedule, that Alexa Bliss will take on Trish Stratus at Evolution. We know all the titles are on the line, and I think we can be pretty certain Trish isn't in line for a run with Raw's top title. So where does that leave us? A premature Ronda victory, of course.

Prediction: The only thing that can beat Ronda is a tiny bat. Alexa is not a tiny bat.
