The Keith Lee situation is weird.

The big man was pulled from the Royal Rumble 2021 pay-per-view but returned soon after, entering the United States Title hunt. Pegged to win the belt at the event, he was sidelined once more, with Riddle taking the secondary strap in his absence.

Fightful Select reported in March that Lee is currently out of action due to "health reasons." He's still training but doesn't appear to be any closer to coming back.
