14 Reasons 2015 Was The Worst Ever Year For WWE Creative

3. NXT Has Been Better Than WWE

Maybe if there was no NXT, the WWE brand might have been better in 2015? It's a notion worth thinking about considering the levels of talent that exist in Orlando. Where would those talents be working if NXT didn't exist? It's hard to believe that all of the athletes from the Performance Center would be under contract to the WWE, but there's clearly enough confidence in Finn Balor, Bayley, Sami Zayn, and Apollo Crews to warrant spots on the main roster.

There have been reports stating that some NXT talents were brought in with the sole intention of strictly working NXT and won't be considered for the main roster. These are veteran performers that WWE believes to have more to offer as an on-the-job trainer than they would as a money-drawing superstar. Rumors have abound that Samoa Joe and Asuka are in for these roles. Would those talents have helped WWE in 2015?

The WWE shows have been bad and the roster is thin, but if NXT didn't exist, would WWE have more depth in their talent pool to be able to put out a better product or inspire new stories for the writing team? As the developmental territory for WWE, it does make it interesting to think about what 2015 could have been if all of these talents were on RAW.
