14 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Oct 29)

3. Moxley Is P*ssed

AEW

AEW finally gave Jon Moxley a live mic on television last night and while it's a shame it took them five weeks (!) to get to this point, the promo didn't disappoint.

An instant shot of energy to any room he enters, Moxley came through the crowd, blitzed Peter Avalon, and started ripping into the AEW hierarchy. He went all in on the idea that him vs. Kenny Omega was only unsanctioned because the promotion wants to protect one of their own. They want the match "stricken from the record books," and when Mox wins, "we're just gonna pretend like it never happened."

Moxley accused AEW of treating him like a freak and an outsider, saying they were putting him a box, but that he'd been dealing with this all his life. "You can shove your win/loss records up your *ss," he said, calling himself the "baddest, sickest son of a b*tch in this game," and that there wasn't a single soul in AEW that could deny him.

At Full Gear, he promised to beat Omega within an inch of his life. Kenny's blood will be on AEW's hands, and they can "kiss [his] *ss and stay the hell out of [his] way."

Blistering stuff from one of the best talkers in the game, and a guy who should really feature in more segments like this. Moxley was so full of fire it was impossible to not get immediately drawn in.
