14 Wild UFC Fights You'd Be A Fool To Miss In January

12. Nasrat Haqparast Vs. Arman Tsarukyan - UFC 254

Nasrat Haqparast had a bit of a strange 2020. Although he got crushed by a vicious KO punch from Drew Dober at UFC 246, he returned to the Octagon with an empathic victory over Alexander Munoz at UFC Fight Night 174.

On his day, the German lightweight can be a really dangerous opponent for a lot of 155lbers. His vicious knockout win over Joaquim Silva should be a reminder to any MMA fan that the 25-year old has the potential to be among the very best in division in a few years time.

The same could be said about Arman Tsarukyan. Following a surprisingly competitive decision loss to Islam Makhachev, many believed that the Russian-Armenian fighter had what it took to stick around the division.

With two dominant wins inside the Octagon since that loss, Tsarukyan has proven just that. However, will he able to impose his grappling game on such a heavy-handed opponent?
