9. Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero - September 5, 2005
While the storyline surrounding this contest was questionable at best, theres no doubt in anyones mind that the two competitors could go inside the ring. Eddie Guerrero had turned his back on his longtime personal friend, Rey Mysterio, following a reign together as WWE Tag Team Champions. Guerrero took his hatred toward Rey even further when he began to insinuate toward a dark secret. Eddie later revealed that he had fathered Mysterios son Dominick -- a story which had involved both Eddie and Reys immediate families. The two fought at SummerSlam 2005 in a ladder match to determine custody of Dominick. Eddie lost, but the two would go on to have one final contest. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x237mz_eddie-guerrero-vs-rey-mysterio-stee_sport A cage match between the two took place on the September 5th edition of Smackdown. While the two men had met numerous times in both the recent and distant past, this steel cage encounter proved to be a heated affair. Guerrero took it to the smaller man, but Rey was able to fire back with a flurry of high-flying offense. However, Mysterio went to the well too many times, as he missed a big crossbody from the top rope, allowing Eddie to get the pinfall.
