15 Best WWE SummerSlam Moments

11. The Ridiculous Bumping Display By Shawn Michaels Against Hulk Hogan (2005)

Heading into this match there was a lot of excitement. Even though Hulk Hogan was never known for having great matches and he was 52 years old at the time of this match, there was a feeling that it could be decent just because Shawn Michaels was involved. Michaels could have a good match with just about anybody. While the match wasn't necessarily the greatest, it was fine. There was nothing that was really wrong with it. It looked like any Hogan match except they added in some blood by Hogan and Michaels worked as a heel for much of it. What was really noticeable was the performance of Michaels. Apparently Michaels was upset with Hogan because he wasn't going to put him over in a rematch and because of that he made it a point to oversell tremendously. Michaels was 40 years old at this point in his life. You would think he wouldn't care about wins or losses, but apparently it bothered him enough to put on a show. The reason it's on this list of best moments is because any Michaels fan thinks it's hilarious to watch him bump for Hogan this way. Michaels bumped outside the ring after a shoulderblock and when he took a clothesline over the top rope he fell down about three times. The most ridiculous one was when Hogan hit his infamous big boot to the face, which Michaels sold by RUNNING IN A CIRCLE before falling down. It was tremendous.
